Shantanu’s areas of practice include international commercial arbitration, commercial litigation, white collar criminal defence, corporate & debt restructuring and media, and entertainment laws.
His firm represents parties from some of the widely reported matters including actors & movie producers, athletes, builders, as
well as serious banking fraud accused. He also accepts briefs from the Central Bureau of Investigation, Enforcement Directorate, Maharashtra Cyber Policy Department, and various other enforcement agencies. Debating and Model UN has been key to pivoting his choice of career. Having presided and won over 100 debates and Model UN conferences, he now trains students in the art of public speaking, and case presentation.
Shantanu is a perpetual learner, and is a black belt from the International Taekwondo Federation, graduate in Indian classical music, and also a trained dancer.
